非常感謝您使用BEAN BARN 官網,當您選購商品後,結帳時請輸入您的資訊,可以自由選擇付款方式,我們將在收到訂單資訊後,盡快進行商品出貨服務。
【線上購物流程如下】
1. 將商品加入購物車
2. 選擇結帳付款方式
3. 填寫送貨資料
4. 進行付款
5. 完成訂購
當您的訂單送出後,系統將立即連線至【TapPay/喬睿科技股份有限公司(Cherri Tech, Inc.)】進行付款。此時我們的系統將會寄送【訂單通知信】,確認您的訂單需求,並在您完成付款後,收到【付款成功通知信】,才算完成訂購。
當您收到【付款成功通知信】後,我們會立即安排出貨,若無特殊狀況並在我們的出貨工作日內(不含假日和國定假日),4個工作天內將完成出貨。出貨後,系統將發送【出貨通知信】至您的Email信箱,並告知包裹追蹤號碼,方便您查詢商品運輸狀態。

2. 超商付款取貨(接受711、全家)

● 台灣訂單使用超商配送請留意,超商包裹有材積重量限制,如選購咖啡豆超過超商標準,建議您選擇宅配配送或BEAN BARN實體店舖取貨。※若訂單商品超過超商材積重量限制,將取消您的訂單,請您重新下訂,並選擇其他配送方式,重新訂購依官網當下顯示庫存及價格為主,不便之處,敬請見諒。
● 本站所有配送方式都無法指定到貨時間。
備註:
寄送香港採順豐速運快遞寄送,順豐速運可能會額外收取20港幣的服務費,建議直接請他退回就近的取貨站,再自行前往順豐速運取貨站取貨,可省下額外的運費
【運費計算方式】
● 台灣地區運費單筆$90,訂單單筆滿新台幣1,000元免運費
● 台灣離島運費單筆$200,訂單單筆滿新台幣2,000元免運費
商品加入購物車後,在購物車頁面中,請選取寄送所在國家(區域),系統為自動協助計算運費,運費包含郵資與包材處理費,若單筆消費金額達免運費標準,系統也將自動使用免運費計算單筆結算總金額。
【出貨作業時間】
BEAN BARN皆為新鮮烘豆,烘焙完成後的挑豆、測試品質、包裝出貨。確定是否有現貨即刻出貨或安排烘焙時間,預計於4個工作天為您出貨
● 訂購完成,將於4個工作日內出貨。出貨後將以郵件通知。
● 若遇週末與國定假日,將順延至工作日寄送。
【不提供代客研磨】
為確保咖啡豆新鮮度及食品安全衛生考量,網路訂單沒有提供磨粉之服務。造成不便,敬請見諒。
【關於退換貨】

退換貨說明
實體商品退貨及七天鑑賞期說明:
1. 收到商品後可享有到貨日算起7天鑑賞期(含例假日)退貨權益,但鑑賞期並非試⽤期。超過鑑賞期之商品無法退貨。建議您若收到商品後,有任何商品疑慮,歡迎使用客戶服務信箱洽詢。
2. 本公司商品為食品類,基於衛生安全考量,外包裝一經拆封,恕無法辦理退貨手續。
3. 申請的退貨商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整,否則將影響您的退貨權益。如購買的商品有附加的贈品,請將贈品一併退回,贈品等同於一般商品,請保持贈品的品質與完整性,若贈品不能退回,恕無法接受退貨。
4. 收到商品後如發現有品質瑕疵、破損、短缺的狀況,需要辦理換貨,請於到貨後三天內使用客戶信箱beanbarncoffeeroasters@gmail.com,說明商品退換貨原因並附上照片說明,將有專人為您服務!
5. 境外配送無退貨及換貨服務,且需自行承擔未到貨之風險,接受此條件再進行下單。
6. 當您申請退換貨後,請主動向貨運人員索取單據,並保留至退換貨完成,以利日後查詢。
● 注意!僅開放線上申請全部退貨。
● 申請退貨,需由買家負擔退貨運費。若是因配送品項錯誤而產生的退貨,將由我司負擔運費。

4. 換貨物流BEAN BARN會再委託物流商(黑貓宅急便或新竹貨運)進行,無法指定換貨時間,且不上樓進行換貨,屆時麻煩換貨顧客接物流士電話,並至一樓準備好要更換的貨品進行換貨。

Dear Customer,
Thank you for using BEAN BARN's official website. After selecting items, please enter your information at checkout and choose your preferred payment method. We will promptly proceed with the shipping of your items once the order is confirmed.
【Online Shopping Process】
1. Add items to your shopping cart.
2. Select your payment method at checkout.
3. Fill in delivery information.
4. Make the payment.
5. Complete the order.
After your order is submitted, the system will connect to TapPay/Cherri Tech, Inc. for payment processing. Our system will send an Order Notification email to confirm your order details, and upon successful payment, a Payment Confirmation email will be sent to you. Once you receive the payment confirmation, we will immediately arrange for shipping. Shipping will be completed within 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays; unless there are special circumstances and within our shipping working days.). After shipping, a Shipping Notification Email will be sent to your email address with the tracking number for your parcel, allowing you to track its transit status.

● We’d like to deliver to your country! If you do not see your country on the list, kindly send us an email beanbarncoffeeroasters@gmail.com , we would help to list your country and shipping fee on our system. Thank you for your understanding.
● For Taiwan orders using convenience store delivery, please be aware that there are size and weight limits for parcels. If your purchase of coffee beans exceeds the convenience store's limits, we recommend choosing home delivery or picking up your order at a BEAN BARN physical store. ※If the items in your order exceed the size and weight limits of the convenience store, your order will be canceled. Please re-place your order and select a different shipping method. Re-orders will be based on the current inventory and prices displayed on the official website at the time of purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience.
● All our shipping options do not allow for scheduled delivery times.
Note:
Shipping to Hong Kong via SF Express may incur an additional service fee of 20 HKD. It is recommended to have the package returned to the nearest collection point to save on additional shipping costs.
【Shipping Cost Calculation】
● Taiwan: Shipping fee per order is NT$90, free shipping for orders over NT$1,000.
● Taiwan's Outer Islands: Shipping fee per order is NT$200, free shipping for orders over NT$2,000.
After adding items to your shopping cart, select the delivery country/region on the shopping cart page. The system automatically calculates shipping costs, including postage and packaging fees. If the purchase amount reaches the free shipping threshold, the system will automatically apply free shipping to the total bill.
【Shipping Operations Time】
BEAN BARN ships freshly roasted beans, including bean selection, quality testing, and packaging. Whether shipping immediately or scheduling roasting times, your order is expected to be shipped within 4 working days. You will be notified by email once shipped. If the order is placed over weekends or public holidays, shipping will be postponed to the next working day.
【No Grinding Service Provided】
To ensure the freshness and food safety of coffee beans, our online orders do not offer grinding services. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
【 Returns and Exchanges】
● If you have any returns or exchanges needs, please contact us at beanbarncoffeeroasters@gmail.com for dedicated assistance!
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
Physical products return and seven-day appreciation period details:
1. A seven-day appreciation period starts from the day of delivery (including weekends) during which you can return the products. The appreciation period is not a trial period; returns are not accepted after it expires. If you have any concerns about the products upon receipt, please contact customer service via email.
2. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, products with opened packaging cannot be returned.
3. The returned product must be in new and complete condition; otherwise, your right to return may be affected. If your purchase included a free gift, please return the gift along with the product. Gifts must be returned in good condition; failure to return the gift may result in a refusal to accept the return.
4. If the product arrives defective, damaged, or incomplete, an exchange must be requested within three days of delivery. Please explain the reason for the return/exchange via the customer service email beanbarncoffeeroasters@gmail.com and include photos.
5. There are no returns or exchanges for international deliveries, and customers must bear the risk of non-delivery. Accept these conditions before placing your order.
6. When requesting a return or exchange, please obtain documentation from the courier and keep it until the process is complete for future reference.
● Note! Only full returns are accepted online.
● Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer. If the return is due to an incorrect item shipped, our company will cover the shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges for Outlying Islands:
For locations outside Taiwan’s main island wishing to return or exchange items, please ship them back first!

Exchange Conditions:
The following conditions are eligible for an exchange:
1. Packaging damaged during delivery.
2. Defective or poor-quality product.
3. Discrepancies between received items and order contents, please take photos and send them to beanbarncoffeeroasters@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt; If you receive a default, please keep the whole item with packag and contact us via beanbarncoffeeroasters@gmail.com .
4. Exchanges will be conducted by a logistics provider (such as T-Cat Courier or Hsinchu Cargo), without specific scheduling for the exchange and will not include upstairs delivery. Please be ready to receive the call from the logistics provider and have the items ready for exchange on the ground floor.

2. For inquiries regarding account reconciliation or refunds, please prepare your order number and ordering date and contact the customer service email at beanbarncoffeeroasters@gmail.com.
3. Any deliberate order abandonment or refusal to receive goods will result in being blacklisted from the store, prohibiting future purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
